Hardware Support

First test and analysis of issues, provide a proper solution of problems. Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking. Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals. Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems. It will provide full troubleshooting and repair of issued hardware and software. This includes, but is not limited to, replacement of defective hardware, reinstallation of software, and reimaging of computers/laptops. Data backups will do if needed while troubleshooting. It is not responsible for data or user-defined settings stored on a machine.
